Expect to be able to unwind completely. Expect peace and tranquility. Expect to be able to lay beside your own private pool, basking in the glorious sunshine and not see another soul all day long - unless you choose to! Villa Nini is tucked away, quiet and very private. Yet it is also within easy walk of a lovely little cove, with a white sand beach, azure water and a selection of two very chilled beach bars. Villa Nini also puts you within easy reach of one of the Mediterranean's most favoured old ports. Ciudadela has a view - from one of its enclosed cobbled streets, looking down onto its tiny strand - which launched a thousand postcards. It also has an achingly beautiful town square lined with fine, old public buildings and a number of waterside restaurants serving incomparable seafood paella.

Regardless of if you are family in search of a resort with plenty to keep the kids happy, or adults looking for sun and sand, a holiday at Villa Nini in Cala'n Forcat will definitely fit the bill. Children will love the bouncy castles, aqua park and trampolines in Cala'n Forcat, whilst twosomes are sure to enjoy stretching out on the bathing platforms by day and then hitting the bars by night. Cala'n Forcat is also an excellent place from which to uncover the rest of the west coast. Situated just over 30 miles from Mahon and approximately 3 miles to the west of the old capital, Ciudadela, set on a dramatic rocky headland, Cala'n Forcat is considered to be Menorca's liveliest resort. However, Menorca's answer to Magaluf it is not. This is a plus factor for most who book up to stay at Villa Nini. In Cala'n Forcat you'll still discover cheap snack bars, English theme pubs and karaoke dens, but it's a lot more low-key when compared to its busy Balearic neighbour. With a flight time of less than 3 hours, last minute holidays to Cala'n Forcat are an alluring proposition. And after you get to Villa Nini you'll probably have a great holiday that you will want to come again next year.....

Villa Nini is in the resort of Cala n Forcat which is to be found on the Mediterranean island of Menorca (also known as Minorca). The island of Menorca is the second biggest of the Balearic islands and is just 34 kilometers from the bigger Balearic island, Majorca. Anyone who has previously visited either Majorca or Ibiza, will soon notice that Menorca is frequently less lively than the other Balaeric islands. With many more beaches than any other Balearic island, Menorca is famous for it's large number of resorts that are relaxed and low key. The north coast of Menorca is generally very rugged and dotted with quiet fishing villages. The southern coast of Menorca is mainly a complete contrast and is dotted with peaceful resorts that are family-friendly.

As already stated Menorca is relatively a small island. By hiring a car you should be able visit the entire island. There are numerous tourist information offices situated in in the resorts of Menorca providing up to date information about Menorca beaches, local events and excursions. The tourism information offices are also a great place for a map of Menorca.

Menorca is a lot less expansive and less bustling than Mallorca. This unhurried pace explains why Menorca holidays are generally aimed towards a family holiday. It will come as no suprise that the majority of holiday destinations are considered to be family friendly. The Balearic island of Menorca is less developed and retains more of the original character than the busier islands. So don't hang about pack your flip-flops and book a holiday in Villa Nini in Cala n Forcat and absorb the sun at a destination with genuine character and charm?
